At NewAge Software & Solutions, we pride ourselves on offering you eFreight Suite that is very easy to use. We know that many of our customers dive right into eFreight Suite without ever consulting the documentation. However, as with any great product, there are many features that you might never find on your own due to the depth and breadth of the software.

We provide online help option to all the eFreight Suite users via Package and will be the first level of support (via FAQ Screen and video’s) to end user.

The eFreight Suite online help provides you with:

  • Step-by-step instructions for multi-step processes.

  • Tips and suggestions for getting the most out of eFreight Suite.
